MCM Vintage Pink/Magenta Lucite Grapes On Driftwood:
$41.25

There is some wear and minor imperfections from years of enjoyment. Still, a beautiful, collectible piece.

Vintage mid-century modern magenta/pink Lucite grape cluster mounted on a driftwood stem.

• Materials & Construction: The "grapes" are translucent acrylic resin spheres molded over central wire anchors. Each sphere is individually hand-wired together using thick floral copper or iron wire, which is tightly wrapped around an organic piece of natural driftwood.

• The Translucent "Glow": One of the most sought-after features of authentic vintage resin from this era is its response to illumination. When hit by natural light or placed near a lamp, the spheres scatter light to produce a vibrant, radiant inner glow.

• Color Rarity: While emerald green, amber-orange, and deep purple were the most common colorways, this specific magenta/fuchsia pink hue is significantly rarer and highly collected by enthusiasts of the Hollywood Regency and Space Age aesthetics.
