52 MUSÉE - Pablo Picasso Collection Box - TCC - #0207 Matched Std. & Special Ed. For Sale

Pablo Picasso playing cards are a series of two poker decks inspired by the paintings of Pablo Picasso and created by 52 Musee, a sub-brand of TCC Playing Card Company which specializes in turning masterpieces into holographic playing cards. The Collection Box contains both the Picasso Standard Edition and the Picasso Special Edition in an embossed outer box with pearlescent silver foil and a belly band featuring the central motif of Guernica (one of Picasso\'s most famous works, contains anti-war themes).
The Standard Edition focuses on Picasso\'s more melancholic and lonely paintings. The tuck box was inspired by Picasso\'s iconic anti-war painting, Guernica, and was crafted with holographic foils and a matte paper finish that further emphasizes the sober weight of history. Limited to 2000 decks, the cards feature full Laser HOLO illustrations on the card faces (Index with no pips), and the deck contains 52 cards + 2 jokers + 1 introduction card + 1 holographic artwork card.
Conversely, the Picasso Special Edition focused on Picasso\'s \"Rose Period\", where he focused on creating relaxed, joyful scenes with bright tones and a soft, emotive style. Limited to 1000 decks, the cards feature full Laser HOLO illustrations on the card faces (Index with no pips), and gold gilding. All illustrations in the Special Edition are different from those found in the Standard Edition.
