ca. 1952 Athens Georgia FAMILY & BABY Vintage Car License Plate 5x7 Photo For Sale

Original-looking 5 x 7 black-and-white photograph taken in Athens, Georgia, ca. 1952. It shows a young mother and father holding their laughing baby beside a vintage automobile.

The rear of the car is clearly visible, including an Athens, Georgia license plate. The family’s clothing, automobile and residential setting provide additional period detail.

The photograph was found among family effects. It is printed on matte photographic paper that appears consistent with traditional darkroom paper rather than modern commercial photo-printing paper. I cannot independently verify when the print itself was made.

Measures approximately 5 x 7 inches.
