Vtg Cobalt Blue to Clear Crystal Bell Mid Late 20th Century W German Faceted Art For Sale

Thanks for stopping in to see this lovely cobalt crystal faceted bell. There is a scratch on the base rim and a dot like fleabite edge dot on the ball of the clear glass on an edge that I can see, I really tried to get all sorts of photos so you know just the exact age, use, size, look and feel of it from every angle. Please let me know of any questions at all!
