Vintage Southern Pacific Railroad Locomotive Engineer Seat Cushions SP Sunset For Sale

This listing includes the matching seat bottom and seat back only. Chair frame, pedestal, armrests, and mounting hardware are not included.

These appear to correspond to the cushion and back used on Southern Pacific locomotive engineer's seats and make an excellent restoration, railroadiana, or display set.

• Brown upholstery
• Wood-backed construction
• Backside of seat back is stamped JAN 1993
• Original mounting points/openings visible on backs

These are genuine used railroad seating components and show substantial service/age wear. Condition includes scratches, scuffs, discoloration, cracks, edge deterioration, punctures, rips and tears. The seat bottom has a noticeable approximately 90-degree/L-shaped tear in the upholstery. Additional cracking and deterioration are present around the rear/back edges of both pieces. Backing material also shows wear and damage.
