Vintage MCM Ceramic Mosaic Table Floor Lamp Combo Brass Briard Martz Style 56”T For Sale

Up for sale is a beautiful, unsigned Mid-Century Modern ceramic mosaic table floor lamp combo dating to the 1960s. This striking piece seamlessly blends ambient lighting with a highly functional 16" circular drink tray. The tabletop features an immaculate concentric circular layout of authentic ceramic tiles with a gorgeous, earth-toned reactive mottled glaze. The column features a premium machined reeded brass upper neck over an elegant turned wood midsection, terminating at a heavy cast-iron weighted base ring stamped 2040 A 1.

Design & Attribution Note: This lamp left the factory unsigned, which was standard for the era when temporary paper labels were used. Online design galleries frequently attribute this exact structural framework (the 16" tray layout and reeded brass accents) to Georges Briard, while the rich, organic ceramic tile glaze heavily echoes the studio pottery work of Jane and Gordon Martz for Marshall Studios. We are presenting this beautiful piece to collectors as "attributed to the style" of these iconic mid-century designers.
