Wonderful vintage set of two framed J.R.R. Tolkien / Middle-earth collectible prints, presented in coordinating wood-tone frames with muted blue-gray matting.

The set includes:

• “There and Back: A Map of Bilbo’s Journey Through Eriador and Rhovanion”

A beautifully detailed Middle-earth map depicting Bilbo’s journey, with illustrated locations and decorative scenes throughout. The lower attribution reads: “Design J. R. R. Tolkien, Pauline Baynes. © George Allen & Unwin, Ltd., 1971.”

• “Moria Gate”

A reproduction of J.R.R. Tolkien’s own artwork depicting the dramatic entrance to Moria. The lower attribution reads: “Illustration by J. R. R. Tolkien. © George Allen & Unwin, Ltd., 1954, 1955, 1966.”

Both pieces have been preserved behind glass in coordinating vintage wood-tone frames and make an especially attractive pair for a Tolkien, The Hobbit, Lord of the Rings or Middle-earth collection.
