Vintage Bates Bedspreads Western Bedspread Blanket Coverlet 62"x102" Cowboy USA For Sale

This Vintage Bates Bedspread was made in the 1950's.
From the Mid Century era, the spread would be ideal for kids' bedrooms or as a unique accent for adult spaces.
The design brings a touch of Americana style to your home.
I have indicated above that the size is Twin Extra Long. This refers to the mattress size that this spread is designed for. The Twin XL mattress is 38 in wide and 88 in long.
The spread measures 62 in wide and 102 in long.
62 in - 38 in wide leaves 24 in (12 in to hang down on each side).
102 in - 88 in long leaves 14 in (2 in to tuck under the pillow and 12 in to hang down at the end of the bed)
The background is very pale green.
The pattern is rows of squares surrounded by white cattle brands. In each square is one of four motifs:1. Cowboy Hat2. Cowboy Boots with Lasso3. Stirrups4. Pistol
The rows alternate green motifs and salmon motifs.
The salmon color is not really orange, which is why I'm describing it as salmon. It is definitely not pink.
Please understand that my camera and your computer may not show the precise actual color of these motifs.
In the condition section above, I mentioned that the spread is loosely woven and there are some places where threads have come loose. This is primarily on the backside of the spread.
I have photographed the most obvious loose threads and included them in the photos.
There is also one small spot on one edge where the binding has come loose. It is quite small, about 1/2 in. The area is about 60 in down on the right side of the spread. You can see this in the 8th photograph.
I do not see any spots or stains at all.
This item comes from a smoke-free home. There are no smells other than a fresh scent, probably from when it was last laundered.
