Description:Beautiful, highly collectible vintage mechanical turtle-shaped desk service bell, manufactured by the historic BOJ house in Éibar, Spain. This classic mid-century piece (circa 1940s–1950s) features a heavy brass body and an exquisitely detailed, dark-patina shell adorned with traditional Spanish Toledo-style gold damascene floral, foliage, and bird imagery.
Condition & Functionality:
• 100% Fully Working Condition: The internal clockwork spring mechanism winds smoothly using the key on the underside.
• Crisp Sound: The mechanical chime rings loudly and flawlessly when you press down on either the turtle’s head or its tail.
