Pre-owned - will need additional cleaning - no dents noted - comb is missing one tooth as shown in photos.
Scene on the compact is a miniature hand painted reproduction of "Mademoiselle de Camargo Dancing" after the famous 18th century painting by French Artist Nicolas Lancret.

Compact is hallmarked 800 - Rectangular cartouche with the number 287 F or 87 F - too small and worn to read it properly - ITALYComb case is hallmarked 800 - Handmade Italy - a little worn but present
Compact is approx. 3.75" wide x 3 1/8" x 3/8" tall - Comb case is 4 3/8" L x 1 1/4"
