The lights blink and twinkle as the large red and gold spoked wheel with scrollwork and gem accents turns.
Every other seat is filled with miniature people.
The carnival base is detailed in blue, red and green and labeled \"Rides\" with a planked walk leading to a door.
It is equipped with an electric cord plug-in power and a control volume switch. A push of the button will change songs.
