This Vintage Victorinox is in excellent condition - barely used. The "Umbrella" Symbol:That symbol that looks like an umbrella is actually astylized Swiss crossbowover a tiny Swiss cross. It is a traditional mark of genuine Swiss quality (referencing the folk hero William Tell)

"Camping" Scale Inlay with Thick Lines:The metal inlay on the front scale featuring the stylized text and tent graphic was redesigned with thicker lines right around1976to better accommodate stainless steel punching. This design remained in production until it was replaced by simpler printed logos in the 1990s.

Awl/Reamer Shape:The vertical awl extending from the back has a distinct triangular sewing eyelet edge. Victorinox introduced this reamer with a sewing eye profile in1961.
