This is an original 1971 Gone With The Wind (GWTW) style hurricane parlor lamp manufactured by L&L WMC (Loevsky & Loevsky White Metal Castings). It features an iridescent milk glass body adorned with a soft blue floral rose pattern, resting on a detailed ornate cast metal base.
The bottom of the metal base is stamped with the L&L WMC hallmark, the 1971 date of manufacture, and its authentic 4-digit mold number.
Condition:
Glass Quality: Pristine. There are absolutely no chips, cracks, flea bites, or structural repairs on either the top globe or the bottom base. The blue floral graphic remains vibrant and completely intact.
Functionality: 100% fully operational. The 3-way switch cycles perfectly through all three classic lighting sequences: (1) Top globe illuminated, (2) Bottom base night-light illuminated, and (3) Both sections glowing simultaneously.
Completeness: This lamp is completely complete. It includes the often-missing clear glass internal chimney shade in perfect condition.
Professional Shipping & Packaging:
This lamp will be completely disassembled and packed using a strict double-boxing method. The top shade, bottom base, and clear glass chimney will all be individually bubble-wrapped and secured inside independent inner boxes. Those boxes will then be nested inside a heavy-duty outer shipping container completely surrounded by dense packing peanuts to guarantee zero movement.
