Vintage 1966 US Military Jungle Boots - Size 12W - Unused and Excellent:
$145.00

Beautiful pair of vintage US military jungle boots. These were manufactured by Genesco, and are build dated 12/66. These are the early pattern "waffle stomper" sole, not the later, more open "Panama Sole". These were one of two pairs issued to my late Father when he arrived in Vietnam in December 1968 as a US Air Force fighter pilot. This pair was never worn. Size 12W and amazing. Crisp, unfaded, unstained and literally look two weeks old. The only thing separating them from as new is that one of the brass side vents was damaged when he got the boots (see photos) which is why he chose to wear the other pair. He did steal the laces about half way through his tour, so this pair has no laces with them. Downsizing my life, and this pair is ready to move on from my collection and be a part of yours! The photos are of the very jungle boots you are offerding on, not a "similar" item. I will gladly provide further photos or information about this piece until you are comfortable. If you do have any concern with a purchase from me, please contact me. I offer good quality merchandise, and I think my rating speaks for itself.
