Condition Report:

Please review all high-resolution photos closely to assess condition before offerding.

• Front Graphics: Excellent color retention. The illustration remains bright, glossy, and highly detailed with minimal surface wear.

• Backing: The original cardboard easel backing stand is fully intact, clean, unbent, and completely free of tears or tape repairs. It stands upright perfectly on its own.

• Notable Flaw: There is a visible tear along the upper left corner of the "Welcome Visitors" scroll banner (running through the letters 'W' and 'E'). It has been neatly stabilized/taped from the front graphic layer, but the structural cardboard backing remains unaffected.
