This monster zombie ghoul horror mask is a variant of "Split Face" and features a plastic eyeball popping out of the socket and an impalement protruding from the forehead. The nose is pretty gross too. View all photos to see the fine details, it is a rare piece of vintage work of art.

The fright wig is securely sewn all the way around the track. The original 1970's factory adhesive line has naturally oxidized to brown over time which is completely standard for Topstone masks of this era and confirms its all-original vintage state.

Condition: Good - The original black fabric hood is intact and firmly attached but features one small ~ 1.5" section where the stitching has come loose along a seam (see photos). There is also light age appropriate cracking along the bottom edge of the latex chin stamp, common for 1970's latex rubber (see photos). The latex is still soft and supple (aside from the spot under the chin).
