There is something wonderfully nostalgic about this vintage butter churn. Hand turned by Marshall Pottery of Marshall, Texas, this one-gallon stoneware churn has been transformed into a charming work of folk art by artist Ruth Poage, who hand-painted a peaceful rural landscape featuring a weathered barn, winding country lane, chickens, birds in flight, and brilliant autumn trees beneath textured white clouds.
Excellent vintage condition.
