Up for sale is a vintage handcrafted woven basket tray from the Marshall Islands. It features a traditional radial geometric starburst center woven from dyed natural grasses in vibrant shades of pink, green, and purple. The outer rim is securely finished with a complete border of real cowrie shells.

Measuring 12 inches across, it functions beautifully as a boho tabletop catchall, unique fruit bowl, or as a striking addition to a bohemian gallery wall basket display.

Condition:

Excellent vintage condition with tight, structurally sound traditional weaving. The dyed grass colors remain beautifully bright. All cowrie shells along the outer edge are firmly intact with no major chips or missing pieces. Please see photos for exact measurements.
