This is an extremely rare and awesome find! It is signed! The bright glare is an unavoidable lighting artifact and not part of the item. Buyers are going into this purchase knowing this is antique preowned and now new. There is wear and it will need to be cleaned. Buyers are able to review and zoom in on each image for condition detail. Please do so prior to making your purchase. Considering how long this has been around, the condition is still good.
