Riverside Girls Highschool Yearbook 1915 1st Grad Class Very Rare For Sale

This yearbook is a paperback and is missing the cover, has small tear near staples, a paper clipping from 10 year reunion. Pages have some yellowing, some small tears to handful of pages near top center, some stains, mostly in the beginning of the book, there are over 25 signatures. This is possibly the only copy in existence or atleast out in the wild. No other copies online, barely any records of this school, was only open a little over a decade.

Please see photos for details and feel free to make an offer.
