This Dwosh/Teardrop style lamp is far more scarce due to its solid centwr as opposed to the other styles of swosh brass lamps that the vast majority are open centerd.  These lamps have three-way brightness switches so the light is easily abole to be adjusted foe the need of the moment, for examplethe bulb seen in the photo can go from 50W, 100W, 150W.  I would suggest a lower Watt bulb or perhaps an LED because the higher watt produces a lot of heat.
