Description

Lot of two Royal Rudolstadt porcelain vases in the English Aesthetic Movement taste. Each features an elongated baluster form with gilt rims and applied ring handles, decorated with an allover stylized black floral and foliate pattern on an ivory ground inspired by Japanese design aesthetics popular during the late 19th century. The undersides bear the Royal Rudolstadt factory mark, Germany. Each vase measures approximately 8 × 3.75 × 3.75 inches.
