AWESOME, MULTI-COLOR (3 COLOR) classic, hard to find Miller canyon specimen(Nelly James Mine), Huachuca Mountains, Az.
This multi color beauty ,short wave, consists of a bright orange-red calcite, green willemite( that also displays a skosh of phosphorescence upon withdrawal of the SW lamp( photo 15) and bluish-white fluorescent HYDROZINCITE!
Multiple faces are beautifully fluorescent!
Photos 1-16 are under short wave , last two photos long wave.
Short wave photos taken with with Super Bright lamp, long wave with a 36 watt Way Too Cool lamp.
Please note special UV light /lamps mandatory to visualize the fluorescence. The stronger the lamp, the brighter the fluorescence! Any purple is reflected light.
