A delightful Edwardian-era humor card styled as an official government document: the 'Liars' Council of the Ancient, Reckless and Independent Order of Prevaricators' grants a fill-in 'Liar's License' to anyone duly qualified. The two-color design — bold black Gothic lettering and a red printed wax seal — gives it real visual charm, and the punning officials ('Uli Dontu, Recorder' and 'U. R. A. Nother, Sec'y of State to His Infernal Majesty') are pure period wit. Never used or addressed.
