Late 1800\'s -Oregon History Lumbering Massive Trees -Glass Slide Photo -Antique:
$34.50

A bit of history showing a massive tree being felled using very primitive tools. History of lumbering captured on a magic lantern glass slide negative. This slide was published by B. L. Singley. Benneville Lloyd Singley (1864-1938). This is the man that started the Keystone View Company, but in his earlier years his work was published under his own name - as shown on this slide photo. Therefore this slide is from before 1892, as that\'s when things switched to the corporate name vs. his own.
