Measuring a rare and highly desirable 10 inches across, this extra-large piece features incredibly detailed, deeply embossed repoussé work depicting an intricate woodland nature scene.The central motif showcases a beautiful native songbird perched over a brickwork path, completely surrounded by highly textured forest foliage including pine needles, ferns, tall grass clusters, and detailed wild forest mushrooms. The entire background is meticulously hand-stippled, giving the dish fantastic visual depth.
