The underside is marked Hawthorne Village – Melty House and this piece dates to the mid-2000s Nightmare Before Christmas village collection. Replacements Ltd. identifies the Melty House set as a retired 2006 release.

A nice opportunity to add one of the harder-to-find buildings to a Hawthorne Village Nightmare Before Christmas display.
