The tricorder itself is in excellent display condition and the electronics work properly.The glass on the wooden display case has an area of smudging/cloudiness near the bottom-right corner that I have not been able to remove. It is not particularly noticeable when the case is viewed from a few feet away, but I have included a close-up photo.
