The blasted potato sack is such a cool shape - The orginal “S/Crown Stanwell embossed, hand cut stem is chatter free. The wide base makes for a nice display as a standalone and (and standout) on the shelf.

The chamber has been reamed and I don’t see evidence of abuse from former owners. The silver or metal band (I intentionally leave the patina on my metal work, as a preference) is common on this delicate shape. It does appear the shank may have been shortened and the collar added for strength, the shank and stem are a good fit in the present form. Light carbon around the blasted rim, consistent with use.

Oxidation has been addressed with only shallow tooth impressions on the topside of the stem. Ive cleaned the airways in the shank and stem with 99% alcohol - ready to smoke or continue cleaning to your satisfaction upon receipt. I am offering a quantity of my pipe collection, as I slowly try to reduce the collection on - I have been attempting to offer new additions weekly, if not daily.
