This listing is for a Vintage Mid 20th Century Modern Emil Milan Hand Carved Wooden 9" L x 6 1/4" T Bird Figurine Sculpture. Signed on bottom with inscribed "Emilan Cherry 70" (photos 9 and 10). So I believe this was made in 1970. Made of cherry wood. It is in excellent condition overall with no chips or breaks. One small dent on side edge of tail (photo 24). No other issues. Very clean. Please view photos carefully as they are my main description. *(White spots in pictures are glare / lighting from photos and not actually on the item).
It is very fragile weighing 3.7 oz before packing and will be securely packaged and double boxed.
It measures 9" long beak to tail, 6 1/4" tall, and 2 1/8" x 1 7/8" at the base.
Please feel free to Email with any questions and be sure to check out my other MCM, glassware, pottery, and antique items. Thanks!
