DDR NVA East German Artillery or Stasi Officer Dark Collar 1971 Tunic For Sale

I cannot tell from the color of the collar tabs if this is a Stasi or Artillery tunic. Tailor added screw post shoulder board buttons. A few small holes where badges were, but these are small and show that some care was used when adding them. See the closeup pictures for more detailed look at the holes. My guess based on their locations is an academy badge, classification badge, and a ribbon rack, probably 3 or 4 rows. Date stamp indicates 1971 production. Size is a 52, which is about a US medium regular.
