A fabulous French or German countertop mannequin measuring 29” high with a base that is 6” by 10”used for wigs, hats, and jewelry. A total rarity from the Art Deco era that includes the 1920s brocade hat in great condition. And this piece also has a reinforcing steel base with a steel bar that goes all the way up inside the body of the piece, with the original felt pad. It needs some restoration, although I have had it for many years and enjoyed it as shown. Time to downsize and thank you for viewing.
