Comes with a period Certificate of Authenticity from Artists' Market (Norwalk, CT), which notes the piece is believed to be from a 1950s film, possibly directed by Shamus Culhane during his tenure heading Paramount Cartoon Studios (the successor to Fleischer Studios).
