Add a touch of playful mid-century charm to your kitchen collection with this scarce, original vintage Artmark Angel and Devil salt and pepper shaker set. Made in Japan during the 1950s, this highly collectible duo features a sweet blonde angel seated on a cloud strumming her golden harp, paired with a mischievous little red devil holding a glittering gold pitchfork.

The color contrast, expressive hand-painted details, and spaghetti-tuft hair accent on the devil make this a quintessential piece of retro anthropomorphic ceramic art.

Both original vintage cork/wooden stoppers are present.

Dimensions: Approximately 4 inches tall

Condition: Both pieces retain vibrant paint and glossy glaze finishes. The gold accents show minimal wear. The devil is free of chips or cracks. The angel features a surface line running along her lower curved side/bottom where she rests on the cloud (see close-up photos). It appears to be a tight hairline or a deep glaze craze line from age, but she remains entirely stable and displays wonderfully.
