Antique WW2 Union Jack Flag Marching XL 70” x 37” Faded Rayon Blue To Purple For Sale

Authentic vintage/antique Union Jack flag. This may be a marching flag- it’s very large and has a top channel with a rope (loop on one side and wooden dowel on other end) Fully pieced and beautifully sewn!

I’m fairly certain this is vintage rayon (I sell vintage clothing and it often fades to purple and feels like this fabric)

This flag has a beautiful patina- the blue is now faded to a lovely shade of lavender and the red has a rose tint, making it an aesthetic color combo.

From my personal collection, I’ve had it packed away for decades. Acquired from a NY estate.

Looks great though has pale yellow spotting throughout the ivory sections. I have never had this piece cleaned. No holes, presents beautifully!

Measures 70” x 37”

Makes quite a statement as it’s really large!
