Antique Imperial Russian badge of the disbanded Warsaw Fortress .The badge is lozenge shaped with a blue, red and white cross . There are the gilt cyphers of Alexander 111 and Nicholas 11 surmounted by a crown . There are the dates 1883 and 1913 with the word “Warsaw” in Cyrillic at the bottom of the cyphers .The badge is by Kortman ( one of the leading makers of badges ) according to the spin plate .The badge is in very good condition other than the screw post is a little bent ( but it does not stop the spin plate being screwed onto the post .)
