Antique F.M. Locke N-15 CD 287 Teal Aqua Glass Insulator Dome 3 Bubbles
Description
Antique F. M. Locke No. 15 glass power insulator in an attractive deep teal-aqua color, dating to the late 19th or early 20th century.
Believed to be a CD 287, this substantial glass insulator features a wide flared skirt, double petticoat construction, and a number 3 embossed on the dome.
The glass displays beautiful manufacturing characteristics, including pronounced swirling, trapped air bubbles, and unusual glass folds that give the piece distinctive character.

Condition
Antique used condition with surface wear, scratches, and small edge nicks consistent with age and use.
Numerous bubbles, swirling lines, and glass irregularities are visible throughout. An unusual diagonal line and folded-glass formation are present; these have not been definitively determined to be manufacturing features or damage.
