Antique Early 20th Century Hand-Tinted Baby Portrait in Rope Detail Frame For Sale

Early 20th century portraiture features a hand tinted photograph protected by glass. The portrait captures the sentimental aesthetic typical of the Edwardian or art deco eras. The rope-detail frame is consistent with interior design trends of the time. It captures the nostalgic appeal and historic documentation of period clothing and home accessories. The mass produced fame is well preserved with some small nicks in the cream colored frame.
The family story claims this is a photo of my grandmother whose family is from Czechoslovakia and emigrated to Pennsylvania. The hand tinted baby photo is in a white dress sitting in a high chair.
