Antique 1925 Sterling Silver Hand Mirror – A Buckley Ltd – Birmingham Hallmarked:

Antique solid sterling silver-backed hand mirror by A. Buckley Ltd of Birmingham, dating to approximately 1925, George V period.

Beautifully decorated with an engraved floral garland, ribbon bow and central cartouche. Attractive shaped silver frame and handle with bevelled mirror glass.

Hallmarked with the maker's mark A.B. Ltd, Birmingham anchor, sterling silver lion passant and what appears to be the date letter A for 1925.

In good antique condition for its age, with tarnishing, surface marks and some spotting to the silver backing. The mirror glass has age-related scratches and wear.

A lovely original piece of 1920s English silver, suitable for display or use.
