Up for sale is a beautiful and highly collectible piece of Japanese horological history: a rare 1920s Antique Seikosha Brass Carriage Clock featuring a built-in mechanical dual calendar complication. Manufactured in Tokyo, Japan, by Seikosha (the legendary predecessor to modern-day Seiko), this stunning timekeeper is a true survivor from the early 20th century.

Unlike standard carriage clocks of this era, this premium model boasts an integrated lower calendar dial that displays both the Day of the Week and the Date of the Month.

• Movement: RUNNING CONDITION. The mechanical movement ticks steadily and functions as intended. (As with all century-old antique clocks, a professional service/oil is always recommended for long-term timekeeping accuracy).

• Calendar Complication: The dual day and date indicators on the white enamel dial are intact and change properly.
