Product description
Discover the hands-on craft of shaping stone with the Enphla 9-Piece Flint Knapping Kit. Designed for new and experienced knappers, this portable set combines percussion tools, fine-detail flaking tools and protective accessories for working with obsidian, flint, chert and other knappable stone.
The set includes 3 copper boppers, 1 wood-handled pressure flaker, 2 fine-point detail tools, 1 pair of safety gloves, 1 protective leg pad and 1 canvas storage bag. The bag keeps the tools organized for storage, workshops, demonstrations or outdoor practice.
Flint knapping produces sharp stone fragments. Always wear suitable eye protection, gloves and protective clothing, keep bystanders away and follow safe knapping practices. Knapping stone and eye protection are not included.
bag
One tool bag can store all the miscellaneous tools! The canvas material is strong and durable
pad
The front of the protective leg pad is made of lychee-grained semi-PU leather, and the bottom is made of deerskin velvet, which is durable and wear-resistant. 25*40cm is enough to be used on the legs, and the thickness is 1.6mm for a better texture
glove
25*10cm enlarged and widened gloves are suitable for most people to wear. The frosted and non-slip design is specially designed for tool people to protect your hands
Three copper-capped boppers in large, medium and small sizes support each stage of the process. Use the large bopper for rough shaping, the medium size for controlled thinning and the small size for lighter percussion work and edge refinement. A wood-handled copper-tip pressure flaker and 2 fine-point tools provide added control for removing smaller flakes, retouching edges and creating detailed notches.
