Pair of rare vintage hand-painted ceramic pheasants figurines/ bookends, by noted Italian ceramicist anddesigner Ugo Zaccagnini. The pheasant figurines usually come as much more common stand-alone pieces, rarely as bookends. Perfect for fans ofUgo Zaccagnini ceramics.
Signed and numbered, the bookends 8 1/2\" tall by 6 1/2 inches long and 3 1/4\"wide. In very good condition, with minimal signs of wear (an extremely tiny chip to the corner of the bookend [white part, not the bird], of the red pheasant bookend).
