Beautiful vintage VIVA! handcrafted glass trinket / jewelry box, made in Mexico and featuring a charming cherub angel artwork beneath the glass lid. The original underside labels are still present, including “VIVA! Handcrafted in Mexico” and “Artwork © 1997 LIP International.”

This decorative box has a classic Tiffany-style / stained-glass-inspired appearance, with deep burgundy-red translucent glass side panels set in an antique-brass-tone metal frame. The tapered, sloped sides give the box an attractive architectural shape, while the mirrored interior base reflects jewelry and small keepsakes beautifully.

A particularly nice detail is the interior metal support chain, which connects the lid to the body and helps limit how far the hinged lid opens. This chain is present and attached on this example.
