Kennedy Center This is an original press photo. "Full Circle" is the title of the latest piece of art chosen to adorn the John F. Kennedy Building in the Government Center. The copper abstract by sculptor Herbert Ferber cost the government $25,000. Under Federal law, a certain percentage of building costs must now be spent on art. Ferber, whose works are on display in major art museums throughout the country, says the 12 foot piece is a symbol of John F. Kennedy's intellectual and political commitment to a participation by Americans in the world of art. Photo measures 7 x 9.25inches. Photo is dated 07-25-1969. PHOTO FRONT
