AI-assisted description: This write-up is based on visual review and general historical knowledge. Some details may be approximate; please review images carefully.

Substantial early 20th-century snapshot photo album associated with the PARSONS family, containing approximately 150 original photographs, dating primarily to the 1910s–1920s. At least one image is clearly marked “Aug ’15”, helping anchor the group to the WWI-era period.

While individuals in the album are not specifically identified, this group comes from a PARSONS family estate, and other related items from the same estate are being offered separately unless otherwise sold.

The album is filled with candid, everyday scenes that capture a wide range of family life and leisure activities. The photographs are mounted on black paper pages, and the album shows expected age-related wear, including edge wear and a worn back cover, but remains intact.

Subjects throughout the album include:

• Men, women, and children in candid family settings
• Outdoor leisure scenes including hammocks and yard settings
• Fishing scene dated Aug 1915
• Early automobile photograph
• Casual portraits and candid interactions
• Homes, yards, and neighborhood views
• Youth and possible uniformed subjects

Location:
Based on architecture, coastal imagery, and general context, the album may originate from the Northeastern United States (possibly New York or nearby coastal region), though no definitive location is identified.

The combination of strong photo count, varied subject matter, and family provenance makes this an appealing piece for both collectors and genealogical researchers.

A great opportunity to own or break up a large and authentic grouping of early American vernacular photography.
Authentic period piece related to family, historyor local heritage - well-suited for historical collections, genealogical /genealogy research, or museum acquisition.Vintage or Antique.
