Wonderful original antique copper medal commemorating the 6th Annual U.P.F.A. Firemen’s Tournament held in Calumet, Michigan, in August 1900.
This beautifully detailed piece features an antique horse-drawn firefighting apparatus at the center, surrounded by a shield-shaped border, laurel branches, and firefighting equipment at the top.
The reverse bears the manufacturer’s mark, Schwaab S. & S. Co., Milwaukee, a historic maker of badges and commemorative medals.
