vintage hand-painted chalkware featuring a Dutch boy and girl For Sale

Vintage wall plaque featuring a Dutch boy and girl in classic blue folk costumes with yellow wooden clogs — she carries a wicker basket while he holds a red tulip behind his back, cheeks pressed together in a sweet kiss. Flat-backed piece approximately 5” tall x 5” wide, ready to hang.

Paint is vibrant and intact with only minor age wear consistent with vintage origins. No cracks or chips noted. No maker’s mark visible on the back.

A charming piece for Dutch heritage décor, vintage kitchen walls, folk art collections, or cottagecore displays.
