Features the elaborate marble balustrade and the iconic bronze torch lamp bearer sculpture created by sculptor Philip Martiny. Fine early divided back production (Serial #3032).
Postal History:Posted with a clear dial hand cancellation from Richland Center, PA, dated July 8, 1913. Franked with a 1-cent green George Washington stamp from the Washington-Franklin series.
Condition Description:Very Good (VG) condition. Light corner creasing at the bottom left corner, visible on the front face. Minor edge rubbing and slight corner wear consistent with age. Reverse remains clean with strong postmark impression.
