The black area Silk has shattered and ripped above the crest of the kingdom of Wurttemberg

there are multiple rips in the black area showing the backing

All other silk areas are in good condition -

some minor stains

Most of the fringe is intact, needs a couple spots reattached - near corner

I piece of the bullion wire along the bottom has come undone
