Vintage Vise-Grip Welding Holder Tool Bailer Military ? Cooks Lead Hammer Snips For Sale

misc mixed lot of vintage/antique tools, connected double vise grip tool, do not know much about these, but did some research, and possibly manufactured by Douglas Co. for holding metal pieces together for welding, someone we asked that deals with this stuff more than us thought it was some sort of tool for bailing, or bailer carrier, and then we found another indicating it may be military related, and we actually acquired all this stuff from an old mil-surplus parts warehouse/distributor, may be a connection there, but we honestly do not know, any which way or the other... the other items included are a cooks lead hammer service (providence, ri) and an old pair of pruning shears or snips, it looks like there may be a marking on these, but cannot make it out at all. all items are of course vintage pre-owned, and have definitely seen better days, with one of the vise grip missing the spring, and disconnected, so will need repairs. everything here could use some tlc, and maintenance is general, please see photos, actual items and contents are as shown, thanks!due to our lack of familiarity, and knowledge surrounding these items, and an obvious lack of comps for any similar, we have priced these roughly, but are open to offers, all reasonable offers will be considered, and items ship out fast from Columbus, Ohio.WE OPERATE Monday through Friday 8am-4pm, and alternating Saturday, Sunday we are unavailable,if you send a message, or inquiry, please know we may not get to it until these times.
